Leaders from New Mexico's Department of Economic Development will present details about the Frontier Communities Initiative program. This is a public presentation that is open to all regional communities.

According to their website, "The purpose of the Frontier Community Initiative program is to provide community economic development support for small rural communities (less than 7,500 in population) to develop a catalytic economic development project within a traditional or historic commercial district (i.e. court house square, town center or village plaza) or historic commercial corridor."

The presentation will be held at the Tularosa courthouse. For more information about this program, please see their website at www.gonm.biz/Frontier_Communities.aspx .
